Please read this important information about your Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA):

Beginning January 1, 2011 patients with Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) will require a prescription to obtain reimbursement for over-the-counter medications and other eligible products. This mandate is part of the Affordable Care Act enacted by Congress in March 2010. In anticipation of a large volume of requests for prescriptions for OTC items, we are encouraging our patients to make an office appointment or a web visit to receive a prescription.
