The NMPG Patient ID appears on all NMPG patient statements and receipts.
Within one business day of completing this online registration form, you will receive an email from NMPG with a link to complete registration and begin using your new account.
Note: If you don’t have an old statement or receipt available, please ask for your Patient ID number at your next office visit.

- NMPG is currently accepting online messaging relationships for minors under age 18 only in Pediatrics.
