Take Michigan Avenue to Erie Street, turn east (toward the Lake). Drive two blocks to Fairbanks, turn north (left). Go to next intersection, Huron Street, turn west (left). The hospital is located on the left side of the street and the parking garage is located on the right side of the street. The office is located on the next block Saint Clair and can be accessed via the street entrance at 676 N. Saint Clair, or via the hospital second floor walkway (there is also a walkway from the parking garage on the second floor.)

Discounted parking is available at the Huron/St. Clair Parking Garage (222 E. Huron Street) for patients and their visitors. Parking validation will be given in the office. Please take receipt with you to your appointment.
