Financial Policy

NMPG participates in many insurance plans. However, participating plans may vary by specialty. Please verify with your insurance company that the NMPG provider you choose is an approved in-network provider.

If you are covered by one of our participating plans, please provide a valid ID card or other proof of coverage at your visit and NMPG will bill your insurance company. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your plan. We may ask for payment at time of service for some services not generally covered by insurance.

If you do not have a valid ID card and coverage cannot be verified with one of our participating plans, payment is required at time of service and NMPG will provide you with a statement to submit to your plan or simply keep for your records. We accept cash, personal checks with verification, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as debit cards.

A 25% cash discount is offered for payment at time of service. The discount does not apply to office co-pays, purchased products, cosmetic and Laser procedures, Corporate Health and Travel Immunizations or Northwestern Integrative Medicine alternative providers.
