2011 Winter Fitness Class Schedule

Fitness

  • Winter Session (Jan. - Mar.) registration opens Monday, October 25th,
    and closes Friday, January 28th. To register or for more information please

    All hour-long classes are $13 per class x 11 week session = $143.
    Call for pricing on prenatal/postnatal five and six-week sessions.

    Pilates Mat
    A series of exercises done on a mat in different positions to enhance core strength.
